Even though im not really religious I do have to say that there are some really beautiful religious places/buildings around the world for different types, that all people ( religious or not) can appreciate and this is one of the most beautiful ones I have seen.
This is known as the Golden Temple or in the original name The Harmandir Sahib which means The abode of God and its located in Amristar, India.
It has a architectural stye called Sikh and its a temple that doesnt restrict religion or gender, so everybody, men or woman, with whatever religion they have can have a place to visit and pray.
Other nice thing about it is that the gold color you see is actually gold and the temple has been there ever since 1604 AD.
If I wanted to visit India before because it seems to be a place full of some kind of magic and mystery (I know, it sounds strange lol), I want to visit even more to see beautiful buildings like this. I imagine this looks great in person, even better than on the pictures and I would love to visit just to enjoy how beautiful it is.
What do you think of the Golden Temple? Would you like to visit it?
Have you ever been to India?
