This is the lunch bag in which I bring my lunch instead of buying unhealthy things or things that tempt me. I don`t eat that much I just ate the wrong things. This was five bucks maybe at Wal-Mart because I bought it after everyone was finished school shopping. There are much cooler ones and cheaper ones. Whatever gets you gung ho about making healthy decisions. So, take a simple step and make your lunch in the morning or at night after everyone is sleeping if the morning is too much of a time crunch. :) I usually eat PB&J on whole wheat bread, a fruit, water, and greek yogurt or veggie straws for lunch typically. I have yet to feel the need to broaden my horizan but I should so let`s throw around ideas.
