As nowadays a good meal is very important and since walking is always running out of time for a good lunch, here are suggestions for quick recipes ...

Rice 1 cup of tea
5 Cups of Tea Water
1/2 Beef Broth Cube Maggi

Bring to the boil the 1/2 cube MAGGI Beef Broth, water seasoned with salt and bring to a boil. Add rice, stir and let it boil over high heat, with the container uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes.
The rice should be firm with no flavor to raw. Add a little cold water to stop boiling, drain the rice immediately, rinse it with cold water and drain well again.
