The Body Shop olive body butter

I got this Olive body butter for Christmas and I have to be honestI never shop at The Body Shop like ever. Whenever I would walk past the store they always had the strongest irritating scent and it just threw me off and it was pretty much a turn off so thats why I never go there. Well I got his Olive Body Butter for Christmas and I have been using it a lot lately and its pretty much one of my favorite body butters now! I usually would get my body butters from Bath & Body Works and I thought it was good but after using this one and comparing them this one totally wins! I was looking through the body shop website and then I saw that this product is a best seller so no wonder I love it so much. This is around $19 which I find pricey but you dont need to much product and a little goes a long way with this. The Body Shop describes this as, This rich and creamy Body Butter is a feast for the skin. It melts straight in to leave skin feeling soft and smooth. It contains Community Fair Trade organic olive oil and has a subtle fruity scent. 24-hour hydration Great for normal to dry skin Subtle fruit scent. And I must agree that description is pretty spot on about this product. At first the scent was kinda weird to me but Ive gotten use to it. Its a really fruity olive scent. If youve ever been around olive trees it smells just like that and Ive grown to actually love the scent now. In the tub the cream feels firm like your touching a stick of butter or something. Its not like a typical cream where you just dig your fingers in it and grab some product. With this its like you have to slide your fingers across it to scrape some product off the surface. It absorbs into the skin nicely and goes not feeling greasy at all. Its really good to use after you take a bath or shower but of course you can wear it anytime. Its very moisturizing and it lasts a long time and so does the scent. The scent lingers and you can catch the smell of it throughout the day. So far I am really happy with this. Im glad I got it as a gift because I probably would have never tried it but for sure its way better then the Bath & Body Works body butters!
Have you ever tried this product? What are some of your favorite products from The Body Shop? __________________________________________________________________________
