The Benefits of Jumping Rope

Have you ever question yourself when was the last time you jumped rope? Maybe the the fifth or sixth grade right? Did you know that jumping rope can burn calories and burn the weight off? Every minute burns up to fifteen to twenty calories.

Let me say I picked up jump ropes the other day and tried it. You guys don`t know how long it has been for me. Elementary school? I`m definitely out of shape because I felt the pain after a few jumps. I`m thinking about keep on jumping so I can burn the calories.

Jumping ropes aren`t made for ONLY children. Adults can workout to jump ropes as well! Children jump for fun, but adults jump to burn calories! :D
