The Apple Diet

My coworker and I was talking about losing weight. She mentioned to me that a lot of people are doing the Apple Diet... What in the world is that you asked? Hmm... Keep on reading...

The whole process of the Apple Diet is to set a goal to eat an apple before every meal. You can say this is the easiest diet ever right? There is another saying about eating an apple before your meals. It is called the Three Apples a Day Plan. With the whole Apple plan weight training its great to combined these two together.

To start of your day you can eat an apple first than have your regular breakfast eating. Such as a light breakfast you can treat yourself an cheese omelet, a bowl of oatmeal. For lunch you can have your fresh apple and regular lunch. Have at least of 3/4 cup of Brown rice, steamed broccoli and chicken Brest for lunch. Lastly you can have your last apple than a light dinner which you can have a grilled salmon salad.

If you`re feeling a little woozy, light headed try to snack on yogurt, nonfat cottage cheese and fruit juice. This whole process looks promising. Hmmm.
