The 100 Workout

One of my friends shared this workout with me and I think it`s absolutely amazing! It`s called the 100 Workout and is suppose to make you get more toned. I`ve been doing it for about a week and I gotta say, I`m super sore!

Here`s how the workout works:

<strong>100 Jumping Jacks

90 Crunches

80 Squats

70 Leg Lifts

60 Jumping Jacks

50 Crunches

40 Squats

30 Leg Lifts

20 Jumping Jacks

Run for 10 min.</strong>

I would suggest that you guys try this out for about a week and see how you like it. I think that if anyone could do this every day (or at least 5 times a week), they would see results within few weeks!
