This year`s thanksgiving is definitely a bit different for me. Battling a sudden fly, I opted out of the turkey, ham, and potatoes for a more comforting meal. Of course the rest of the family enjoyed the turkey, I needed something a bit less meaty.
It was an easy recipe to toss together seeing how I had everything I needed in the kitchen.
Toss together some chicken broth with sweet onions. Macaroni pasta, and left over shredded chicken pieces, topped off with fresh parsley and there you have it!
Different, but enough of my healing body.
