Thai style spring rolls

<div><div style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;font-size:11pt">I tossed a variety of greens in a peanut sauce and put that in the center of the rice paper, keeping the size and shape I wanted for the finished result in mind. Then I added: shredded cucumber, lightly steamed (and I mean very lightly) bean sprouts, shrimps that were halved by cutting through the length of their bodies, and chopped cashews. I have two photos here because I wasn&#39;t sure which lighting was best. :P <br />
