A few months ago, my sister and her boyfriend decided to cook dinner. Her boyfriend is half Thai, so his mom has taught him a few things about cooking. He made a park marinated in this really good and rich tasting Thai sauce that consist of a lot of garlic and fish sauce and other things too. It was really delicious, I went back for thirds. I wished he had made more because I could have definitely had more servings! But I didn`t want to be selfish, I wanted everyone to have a decent amount. It was a really good yet simple dinner. I cooked fried tofu in soy sauce along with it as well as steamed green beans. It was a good dinner. I asked him for the full recipe which he actually gave me, so I`m definitely going to try to make that on my own. What do you guys think?
