One of my favoritest things to eat in the whole entire world is stir fried flat rice noodles. It doesn`t matter how it`s cooked, I`ll love it no matter what! Can you tell him a slight noodle addict?! lol Anyways, I did a post earlier on green curry here:
Our second dish that we ordered was Pad See Ew (it was quite similar to Char Kway Teow) which is wide flat rice noodles stir fried with tofu, bean sprouts, and egg. Usually there`s suppose to be basil, but I think our cook forgot it so it wasn`t as traditional as I hoped it would be. But nonetheless, it was delicious and super filling. Pricing wasn`t bad either. I think we paid $6.75 USD for a decent sized plate which is good. Next time I think I will try the Pad Lad Nar (flat rice noodles with veggies and a brown gravy).
Do you like noodles? What kind?
