We`ve been going to Trader Joe`s to pick up ingredients for our pasta dishes a lot more recently. A lot of the ingredients just tastes a lot more fresh and flavorful compared to other places where we get meat, noodles, and various sauces. This is Teva`s Angus Ground Beef, and I`m sure there`s a multitude of ways to work with this meat, but we just use it for pasta sauces. The way the meat melts into the tomato sauce really heightens up the flavor and gives it an unbeatable taste! The ground beef itself tastes fresh, it`s tender, and chewy, and doesn`t taste shriveled up and dry compared to ground beef that just comes with the sauce. You can get about 3-4 pounds for about $6-$7, which I think is a really good price considering how much it costs in some other supermarkets, and this meet seems a lot more red and more fresh.
