This was from Langham hotel in Hong Kong. =)
I was really hungry while shopping so I decided to stop by the hotel as it was the only place that was not full packed with people lining up.
The menu was quite funny as every meal was a huge mix of different ingredients. So I decided to order soba noodles because I haven`t had them in a long time.
They served it with baked sole fillet and tempura vegetables.
Surprisingly, they did not overload the dish with soba noodles as most places give you a lot of carbs and very little of the actual good items like fish.
Though I don`t like the texture of sole, the baked one wasn`t too bad as the texture was more flakey than slippery. The amount of food was just enough and I enjoyed it =)
Overall, it was a very satisfying meal and I got the entire restaurant by myself since everyone went to the cheaper places in Mong Kok. This was about $20 USD.
What do you guys think?
