Tempura is a Japanese way of deep-frying stuff. I made some spam musubi today, then decided that I wanted to deep-fry it! So I coated it in some tempura batter and threw it in the oil! Delicious!! I`ve been making spam musubi for a while (It`s a quick and filling snack and keeps pretty well) so I don`t follow a recipe. But, I did a quick google search and found http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2008/04/tutorial-how-to-make-hawaiian-spam-musubi-sushi.html for you guys if you want to try it out! It`s pretty informative, has text descriptions of how to cook the spam musubi as well as pictures! Tempura is just cold water and flour. Make the Spam musubi, dip it in the tempura batter, then throw it in some high oil until it`s nice and crispy. Yum!
