Tempura Shrimp

One of my favorite Japanese foods is tempura shrimp which is kind of like fried shrimp but healthier. I love the crispy texture and it is somewhat oily but it isn`t a heavy oil but a lighter tasting oil. They go great with udon typically but I love eating them with spicy agadashi tofu.
