This is not my personal picture. In this picture, you can see a slice of well cooked salmon. On top of the salmon is a couple of fresh herbs. On the side of it is a slice of lime and on the other side, some sort of peas, or beans. This is simply a healthy way to gain Omega-3 while ejoying your dinner.
