Tartar of sole with mango and basil

hello people

I`m here to present you another recipe for an entry that will satisfy you.

It looks good and can be a good entry to present a dinner importantly, a family dinner or a dinner simpl├žes friends.

Here is the recipe:


600g pulp sole very cool
1 mango
olive oil
soy sauce
lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 bunch of basil


Clean the fish any bones using tweezers kitchen.
Cut the flesh into small pieces with a sharp knife.
Separately, cutting the sleeve in the same manner.
Spread the fish in a large dish and season with olive oil and soy sauce.
Spice apart, the mango with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve the two prepared to layers or mixed.
Lay the basil leaves in the blender cup and mash with a little salt and pepper.
Gradually add 5 tablespoons (soup) of oil, stirring constantly.
Pour over the tartar and serve immediately.
