I was at Target the other day, picking up some items for my aunt since we were having a family gathering at her house later that night. I was waiting for her to call me back with some other last minute items, so I wandered around for a little bit. I happened to come across some of the clearance shelves in the kitchen section and found some really good deals for very cheap.
First, I noticed these small blue plates with a black filigree design on them. They were being cleared out for 75 cents each. There were only 2 otherwise I would have purchased some more! They are perfect for small bites or for when a guest comes over. They were too pretty to resist.
I also noticed a bunch of small bowls in pairs. These are supposed to be snack bowls for little kids, but I thought they would be perfect for cooking! I`m always using soup bowls for items I chop up and reserve to use later in a recipe. These would be ideal for that! Better yet, a set of 2 was only 39 cents, so I decided to get 2 sets.
Lastly, they had a whole display of these reusable tumbler cups. I drink a lot of water (I`m constantly thirsty, so I drink more than the suggested 8 glasses a day lol) and I feel bad taking plastic water bottles to work since I throw them away. I thought this would be a great way to be more eco friendly!
They had mostly blue and orange cups, but I was able to find the last teal coloured one at the back of the shelf. This was $6.99, which isn`t bad at all. I`ve been using it every day, so I`m really glad I purchased it! :)
