i swear i almost never eat candy, but something about christmas and holiday (AKA mint) candy gets me every year. post-halloween candy clearance doesn`t even tempt me at all, but i can`t say the same for christmas!
when i found MORE stuff on clearance at another target near me, i had to get some. my mom, who knows i really don`t eat much candy, was quite worried that i developed a huge sweet tooth while away at college... but i explained that all this stuff is seasonal and won`t be available for another year! and she was okay with that, which is awesome :)
sadly, i don`t recall all the prices but i don`t think anything was more than $2. i do know the pepperidge farm cookies were like 80 cents or something ridiculous like that, so i grabbed `em!
what i got:
- pepperidge farm snowball cookies, which supposedly are citrus flavored. hmm i have no idea how these will taste, but i`m hoping for the best!
- dove dark chocolate peppermint bark
- york peppermint patties
- reese`s minis in christmas bell shapes
- ghirardelli squares in the gingerbread house box (contains dark chocolate with mint, peppermint bark, and caramel)
do you get candy during post-holiday clearance sales?
