Target Make-up Brushes
While I was living in DC a few summers ago, I ended up buying a few inexpensive make-up brushes from Target to replace the ones that I had forgotten to pack with me.
I bought them only to use for that summer, but they have lasted very well since.
I recently decided to add a little make-up bag to my purse, since these days, I have been super busy and havent had much chance to go home between my evening plans and work. With the new Target open by my house, I decided to venture inside and buy some extra brushes for my purse.
I could probably buy much better quality brushes, but since these are being thrown in my purse and may get lost, I think they do a great job for the price. They arent great brushes, but they are good. If I was looking for a more expensive/quality brush, I could probably opt for the Sonia Kashuk ones, but I think these do the job just as well.
My two favourite brushes that I bought in DC were the eye crease brush (sort of like a blending brush) and the eyeliner brush which is an angled liner brush. These are also two great brushes to bring along with me since I use the eyeliner brush to fix any run away liner that has decided to try to escape during the course of the day, and the blending brush is great for refreshing my shadow, or even darkening up my crease for a day to night look.
They have been permanent staples in my make-up bag and at 3 or 4 bucks each, they are a steal.
Have you ever tried Targets brushes? What do you think?
