If you`ve been keeping up with some of my running diaries, you`ll know that I`m getting into shape, losing weight, and just becoming all-around healthier. Last night (while I was up until almost 4am because I couldn`t sleep, lol) I saw an infomercial for one of those crazy workout routine things. This one, though, was for TapouT XT.
I`ve never heard specifically of TapouT XT before, but I am somewhat familiar with TapouT and MMA (I went to a grappling/MMA-style tournament a few months ago and saw some crazy awesome stuff, lol!). The infomercial really got me thinking... I might want to do this!
I`m at a point in my life right now where I`m really trying to better myself (hence why I picked up running again) and from the looks of it, TapouT XT is killer workout that can really transform my body and my health. I did some research on it today and read and watched a lot of honest reviews and everyone seems to really like it (I never read/watch reviews on the program`s website, but actually Google reviews from real, normal people doing this in their homes, lol). The workouts are only 45 minutes (perfect amount of time for me and schedule) and apparently are easy enough to follow along with, but difficult enough to really feel the results.
The only downside and really the only thing keeping me from ordering the workout right now is the price. With all the payments and shipping, the total cost comes to about $145, which I definitely don`t have, especially to spend on a workout routine, lol (I need to be more concerned with textbooks and tuition for next semester). But I keep thinking... if this is something I really want to do, I should just go for it. I`d love to learn some of the fight moves and just become stronger and more fit. The more I think about it, the more I want to actually do it!
Let me know if you have ever done any of these at-home workout routine things before and how you liked it (and let me know if you`re at all familiar with the Tapout one!)
