Tapioca dessert, oh how I adore you! If you didn`t know, tapioca is a popular dessert after dinner in China. So while I was in China last summer, I had to try some tapioca. And I sure was not disappointed! I also find tapioca pretty neat to look at since they are clear ha.
The dessert was sweetened to the right amount; not too sweet and not too bland. The creaminess was also just right. What I really like about this tapioca dessert compared to others is that they include fresh fruits. The fresh fruits were small balls of watermelon, small balls of cantaloupe and also long slices of cantaloupe. The fruits made this dessert unique compared to other tapioca desserts out there. I sure would love to order another bowl right now; however, I am far from China!
