Back uptown to look after my mum`s house as she`s on vacation. So I decided to go to T&T Supermarket. T&T is a very popular Asian supermarket that sells a lot Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese goodies and it`s usually packed!
So my boyfriend and I were at T&T getting some food for next week. As I still have a good portion of vegetables back at my condo, I only needed to get some fruit for the week and snacks.
Usually when I go, I buy things that are on sale. This way I get a variety of food that are cheap =) I live alone, I pay rent, I pay for everything, I save money. That`s that story.
What I bought:
Pack of Pretz to Go - 6 packs for $2.99
8 oranges at $0.88 a lb - $3.08
Coconut Chicken Soup Pack - $6.99
Angry Birds Chewy Candy - $1.99
In total, I paid about $17-$18, which is pretty reasonable. I generally spend about $150 on groceries a week.
What do you guys think?
And for those in Toronto, if you went to the Steeles and Warden T&T after dinner, you would`ve probably seen me. =)
