I just got a dog not to long ago and i love walking him! I walk him for about an hour the most a day. I try to go everyday. I really want to lose some weight so i figured HEY you have a dog, lets go out for a walk(: no need for running just small paces.. Did you know that You can burn 90-360 calories walking 30 minutes? But of course it just depends on your pace and how much you weigh. Its not hard and it a good and easy way to start a healthy lifestyle. Forget those car keys and get your running shoes!
