I`ve always been random, especially when it comes to my food. I`ll crave for 4-5 different things all at once and I end up with a HUGE feast that I can`t finish for 2 days. LOL So the other night was one of those nights as you can tell.
I have been craving for some cream cheese rangoons (crab rangoon) but I didn`t have any wraps for it so I rolled them into mini eggrolls. THEY WERE AMAZING!
Next, I had some fish taco`s. I had fish. I had tortillas. I had salsa. BAM! Taco`s it is. Oh and I had some sour cream to top it all off which made it even better. lol Yes I don`t eat healthy every so often. I love frying things and drenching it in mayo or sour cream. Can`t help it, my parents deprived me as a child eating rice everyday.
And lastly, my friend had given me 2 sweet potatoes so I decided to roast them up in the oven. Granted they`re not as crispy as I`d like them to be but they were still pretty good. At least one thing on my plate was healthy right? lol
