For dinner a few nights ago my mom made us taco salad! We only have this every once and a while, so I was <em>wicked</em> excited! My mom used iceberg lettuce; red, green and yellow bell peppers; avocado and onions for the veggies! We topped the salads with spicy salsa, reduced fat cheddar cheese, lean hamburger with taco seasoning, sour cream and some multi-grain tortilla chips! The salad looked fancier before I took the picture, but I was so hungry I just dug right in and chowed down on it! haha
It was <em>delicious</em> and <em>really</em> easy to make!
