This is an amazing recipe I found for a Swiss roll cake, which is pretty much a sponge cake rolled up. I have tried this cake, so has my sister, and it was successful both times. The only problem was that the bottom was a bit burnt, but easy to remove, and it was a bit sticky. I have linked the website as the source of both the photo, and the recipe.
