Swatches: Zoya Blogger Collection by Birchbox

I recently ordered the Zoya Blogger Collection through Birchbox, so I figured I`d share the swatches. The polishes come packaged together with a cute bow around them. Kate is a coral/red jelly. I used two coats. The first coat gives you a very sheer wash of color, but as you can see, it can be built up. I think three coats would look nice as well. Kate was created by The Small Things Blog. Coraline is an orange/tangerine color, also with a jelly finish. This fits right in with the tangerine trend this year, since Tangerine Tango is the official Pantone color of the year. Again, I used two coats. The formula of Coraline was very similar to that of Kate. Coraline was created by Tracy & Stef of Eleventh Gorgeous, which is actually how I found out about this collection. Lastly, we have Belle. This is different from the other two shades in that it has a shimmery/glass-flecked finish. It can be worn on its own, but I prefer to wear it over the other shades (pictures of that below!). I used two coats of this in the pictures. It`s semi-sheer, but I think it was intended to be that way for layering purposes. Belle was created by Capitol Hill Style. Th last picture shows two coats of Kate on the index and middle fingers and two coats of Coraline on the ring and pinky fingers with one coat of Belle on top. I love the effect that Belle gives them. Of course, you could wear Belle on any other polish of your choice as well. I actually like the look of wearing it as shown in the pictures for color blocking. With Kate and Coraline, I`d recommend taking your time to apply the coats so the polish doesn`t goop up. If you take your time and don`t apply too thick of coats, then you should have no issues. If you don`t like jelly finishes, then I wouldn`t recommend this to you, but if you do like that look, then I`d recommend getting it! The Zoya Blogger Collection is limited edition and only available through Birchbox for $22. That`s cheaper than buying three Zoya polishes separately. If you send Zoya a copy of your proof of purchase, they will deposit 200 into your account! Did you get this set? If not, do you plan to?
