I only bought three of the shades from the Fall 2012 China Glaze On Safari collection, but I figured I would share swatches of them all in one place. The first shade that caught my attention is
Exotic Encounters. I would say that it`s a hunter green creme with a little hint of teal. It was really opaque and I used two coats. The second shade that I got is
Man Hunt. It`s a navy blue creme with a little bit of a jelly finish. It was opaque in two coats. I would make sure to scrape off all of the extra product from the brush, or else it gets runny and messy. The last one that I got from the collection is
I`m Not Lion, which is one of the glitters. It has mostly gold glitter with some holographic glitter thrown in there as well. It dries matte without top coat. It was opaque with only two coats, so you could definitely wear this on its own. The first picture shows it alone and the second picture shows it with a thick coat of Seche Vite top coat. I prefer how it looks with a glossy finish. I like the shades that I picked out and I think I will be wearing them more in the fall. I got these at Sally Beauty Supply for $4.99 each with the beauty club card, otherwise they cost a little bit more. You should be able to find these at Ulta as well, but they charge more. *For additional pictures of each polish, check out http://heatherannsbeautystash.blogspot.com/2012/07/swatches-china-glaze-on-safari.html!*
