Hi everyone! Here is the first in a series of swatches of the new Revlon Shadowlinks eyeshadows I picked up from Bed, Bath & Beyond last week.
What is cool about these Shadowlinks is that they feature a `tongue` and `groove` feature so that you can connect individual shades together and create your own palette. I picked up five neutral colors to all work together as a quint and this is the first shade `Bone.`
>> $2.49 at BBB ($2.99 at drugstores)
>> Bone is a matte white/cream
>> Texture is very hard
>> I can`t tell if the pigmentation was good or not because this blended right into my skin. As you can tell from the swatch it barely showed up on my arm. This may show up better if you are darker than I am.
>> When placed over primer I couldn`t discern it from my own skin color
>> I like the fact that you can link them together. I linked the five shadows I bought and it was pretty sturdy, with only some slight bending in the middle. Any more than five may not be a good idea.
>> These pans are pretty small and the price reflects that. I think these would be great if you need some small shadows for traveling or touch ups.
Thanks for reading! Stay tuned for swatches of the other shades!
