Hi everyone! Here is a swatch and quick review of Revlon`s eyeshadow single in Polished Bronze. I`m not sure if this product is discontinued or not because I did pick this up at Grocery Outlet for pretty cheap, but at that time it was still available at stores. So this is just in case you do come across it at the drugstore or a discount outlet.
Price & Availability - About $4 or $5 - I`m not sure how available this shade is now but this was at drugstores like CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens
Shade & Finish - Polished Bronze is a neutral brown bronze shade with some sheen and silver shimmer
Packaging - Sturdy black plastic packaging - Comes with a sponge tip applicator
Pros - Very affordable - Packaging is sturdy and practical - Color is very wearable - Nicely pigmented, blends well - Eyeshadow is soft, but not too soft - Lasts all day over primer
Neutrals - Product pattern: I like the wave pattern of the product, but I would have preferred if it was flat
Cons - None really
Overall I have a lot of neutral eyeshadows from different brands and this one is pretty nice for a drugstore eyeshadow. It`s not chalky, lacking in pigment or difficult to work with. It doesn`t really lean too warm or too cool so it`s very versatile and should look good on most skin tones. This works well as a one color shadow look if you`re in a hurry. Thanks for reading!
