Swatched: Formula X - Opposites Attract

Hi everyone! Here are some nail swatches of the nail polish `Opposites Attract,` a Formula X nail polish that is sold at Sephora. The Formula X line replaced Sephora`s OPI nail polishes, and usually are about $12.50 a bottle.

I am not one to spend almost $13 on a nail polish, no matter what the brand is, so I purchased this shade when it was on clearance for $6 at a Sephora store. This particular shade is not available online anymore, but there are many Formula X polishes on clearance on the site currently. You may have to hunt this shade down at a physical store if you are interested in it.

`Opposites Attract` features gold glitter in a milky, dirty white base. It is slightly textured, but I don`t think it is advertised as a `textured` polish. If that bothers you, you can alleviate the grittiness by applying a thick top coat when you`re done.

I wore this polish around the holidays last year and thought it was great for the occasion; it sort of has an ethereal look to it, which I thought was really appropriate. If you tried this over another color I`m not sure how it would turn out, since the base is milky and not clear, but that will be something fun to try later. It would probably look stunning over black or red nails.

Thanks for reading! Have you tried any Formula X polishes yet? What did you think of them?
