Even though im not into sushi, it seems to be a very popular dish/food worldwide and with tons of restaurants that specialize in it.
Well, sushi chefs might get a little bit of help in their job. It seems that sushi requires a good amount of skill to be made and the chefs train a lot to make it perfect but the SushiBot is available to make part of their job easier.
What the SushiBot, or Suzomo SVR , does is make the roll without the chef having to be focus on make it perfect because the machine lets you put the ingredients one by one and folds it. So, the chefs still need to work on the sushi but not as much with the machine and it can make from 280 to 480 sushi rolls per hour, now thats a lot of sushi!
The brand also has other sushi machines to make different kinds of rolls/sushi but they all have the same goal, make the sushi chef job easier and introduce more technology in sushi kitchens.
The machine seems to work very nice and makes the rolls perfectly. Check out the video to see how it works.
<strong>Do you like sushi?
