My friend and I had about 30 minutes for a quick (really quick) lunch today. So what did we decide to eat?? Sushi of course!
I can`t get enough of sushi. Especially when our local sushi restaurants carry some delicious fresh options.
Because we were in a hurry, and I wanted to eat clean today, I opted for a sashimi selection. Sashimi is basically just the sushi without the rice, making it very healthy. The selection was amazing, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
I know a lot of people stray away from sushi because of the thought of eating raw fish is scary. However, when you know the best restaurants, it`s nothing to worry about. You just have to get use to the texture. It`s a great source of protein and omega-3`s.
