Sushi bake!

On Fourth of July we had a family get together at my house and it was also a potluck. We had a lot of food and I ended up making a sushi bake. If you dont know what a sushi bake is, its basically like a sushi casserole. In the pan I have a layer of sushi rice and then on top of that I have the crab mixture which consists of shredded imitation crab meat, green onions, black sesame seeds, Japanese mayonnaise, and a bit of sriracha for some spice. I usually also add rice seasoning on top of the crab mixture but I didnt have any this time so I didnt add it. Then I bake it until the top is golden brown. Then what you do is take a piece of the sushi bake and place it on a piece of seaweed. One of my friends brought this to a potluck and it was a hit so I got the recipe from her, but I also saw a youtube video on it which is pretty much the same way she makes it so Ill have the link below. It was delicious and was gone by the end of the night. This is a really great potluck dish and its an easy way to have homemade sushi without spending so much time rolling our sushi rolls. If you love sushi I highly suggest this recipe!
