If I was only able to do one sport for the rest of my life it would definitely be to go surfing every day. There is no way I can explain how wonderful a person feels as they catch a wave, to know that the power of the ocean is under you and that you are completely in control. There is nothing beats surfing if you are a trill seeker as it is the best sport I have ever tried and I would highly recommend everyone to try this out in life. Some people believe that this is not a real sport but I disagree because it takes a lot of strength, focus and determination.
<strong>What are the fitness benefits of surfing? </strog>
Firstly, to be a good surfer you need to have very good arms. By that I mean that you will need to be able to push your entire body up from the board with your strong arms. It may seem like it would be easy to do but trust me there is nothing harder than doing a pop up on rough waters.
Secondly, you need to have strong legs. Again this is all down to the power of your pop up. Unless you are able to spring up quickly from your board you will miss the wave and get knocked down by the waters incoming waves.
Have you ever gone surfing?
