Just lately, i`ve been committed to an exercise routine as i really want to get fit, toned and possibly get abs!
I work out 2hrs, 5 days a week. And when im not working out, i try to have a night where i can cheat the painful exercise and just dance away to my fav music lol.
Dieting is also very crucial but i`m slowly easing into it. Im quite petite so i need to build the mass before i tone.
Below is the aminos, and protein i take. I`ve been holding back the creatine at the moment and let nature take its course. Im not sure whether it is safe while im on medication for 2 months so its also best to seperate them for the time being :).
I`d like to know what your daily workout routine is and your diet :)
