This recipe is for people who are lazy and like to use simple stuff that they have at home.... lol because thats the kind of baker I am.....I don`t have any baking stuff at home like baking soda or vanilla and that kind of stuff, so this recipe was using what most people have in their homes :)
Half an Inch slice of butter (melted)
3 big spoonfuls of olive oil-or to taste
3/4 cups of raw sugar (or any other sugar....it doesn`t matter)
A pinch of salt
3/4 cups of powder pancake mix( I used Krusteaze)
2 packets of instant oatmeal (flavored ones taste better)
1/2 cups of craisins, or raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour olive oil, butter, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add the egg and the salt. Slowly stir in the pancake mix, and then stir in the instant oatmeal as well as the craisins or raisins.
Spoon onto baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes ( or until done)
Hope you enjoy! This is a healthier recipe because the original recipe called for double the sugar and a full stick of butter :P
