Today I made a blueberry smoothie/milkshake. I started off with using frozen blueberries and then I used plain yogurt instead of vanilla ice cream (I like the taste of ice cream more, but yogurt is so much better nutritionally). I`ve heard of using tofu in smoothies to add extra protein. Since I`m not a huge meat eater I thought I would add in a chunk. Finally I added some milk to thin it out.
What is your favorite type of smoothie?
