I love tofu cooked in different ways but if I must choose, deep fried tofu is the BEST :) and the least healthy option too :( That`s why I try to only eat this dish once in a blue moon. Here`s an amazing meal I had at a vegetarian restaurant that left me wanting more! It was a simple dish that consists of deep fried tofu pouch that was loaded with lots of yummy vegetables such as carrots, edamame, kailan and century egg. YUMMMM!!
