Since I went to college I stopped doing any kind of physical activity, do some running and walking only very occasionally. I decided it was time to change that and I went looking for some exercises that I can to practice both outdoors and at home. I found this video that I think has great exercises for toning the body. Now with the summer we all want a toned body to go to the beach. Enjoy and see more videos on that channel, there are several types of videos with various ideas of exercises for specific body areas and to achieve different objectives. Anyone else recently decided to start exercising?
