Now I know many people like the whole experience of cracking the shell for this but I just prefer to eat the nut. Plus it is so much less messy. I bought these today from GNC because they are non salted and I am trying to eat better. This takes a little getting use to, eating them without the salt but I know it is so much better for my health, plus they were only $2.15 which I thought was a pretty good deal.
Do you prefer the shell on or no?
