One of my 2012 Resolutions was to adapt a healthier diet, so in order to accomplish this Ive started to change some of my snacks. Instead of chips, Ive been buying sunflower seeds. So far, I like that I can eat them with my hands without getting any residue on my fingers. I buy the roasted unsalted variety. I like the taste and theyre easy to eat when Im watching tv. Theres no prep time to these, I just grab a bowl and pour, lol.
The bag holds enough for several servings and it is relatively inexpensive. From the nutrition facts I can see that there is a lot of fiber and protein in each serving. I think this is a healthy sack that I can keep up.
Thinking about it, this is probably the healthiest snack I have at my house. Usually, its cookies, or cake or something like that. So I think I deserve a pat on the back when I eat these instead, lol.
