I have been on a very strict diet for about 2 months now and for those of you who knows how often I have been struggling with my weight, I have good news: I lost 20 pounds and feel amazing! (update is coming). The diet consists of no sugar, no carbs and high protein. Which was my dinner last night :P
I have made some beef which I sauteed with onions, spices, and some red wine. I am not suppose to have any alcohol during this diet but when it comes to cooking, I have to have my wine. I just love the texture that it brings to food and how it tastes. For my vegetables I just had some cucumbers with chopped green onions and some homemade raspberry dressing which is more healthier than store-bought. If anyone is interesting in the recipe, I am more than welcome to share it!
