Sunday Exercise

Sunday is both a happy and sad day. The weekend is almost over, but at least we have today to enjoy. Sunday`s exercise seems like more than any other day, but what you`re actually doing is really relaxed. Today, go and buy all your fruit and veg for the week. Yum. Then have a nice avo walk, do some cardio, have some yoga or me time then finally finish off with some lunges. Simple and easy to finish off the week.
