I found my new method of working out. I always liked running on the treadmill, but I would get so bored fast. Today though I was running on the treadmill while I was watching Keeping up with the Kardashians, and Kevin Jonas and his wifes new show, Married to Jonas, on E! I love these shows so time just went by really fast while watching them!
By the time the shows were over, I had run 5 miles without even noticing! Well obviously I noticed because I was exhausted! LoL! But it went by a lot faster then normal! I usually listen to I heart Radio, but its a big difference. I definitely prefer to watch TV over listening to music!
Do yall work out while watching TV or listening to music?
