Hello girlies! So, I kind of failed on the `preparing for beach body` part of the year for summer, so now I`m working out like no other. A bit late, I know, but better now than never.
Everyday I go to the gym for about 2 hours and I rotate between 6-9 machines including the treadmill and the elliptical (20-30 minutes each) with no rest. I go fast enough to sweat and stretch at the end of my workout. At home, I eat (or try to let`s say) healthily; eating fruits and veggies and avoiding denser foods.
So, what`s your summer workout routine? Do you have one? :D
PS: Oh and I wish I had the body of the model in the picture above... sigh
