Get a nice yoga mat or soft surface where you can lie down for sit ups, cruches, and leg lifts. Stretching is also a great way to wind up, and wind down after working out.
-often playlists help to focus on the music and less on how tired/sore you are.
-creating a pattern of different moves keeps your mind focused on the next move coming up, keeping your mind off how you feel.
-Work that treadmill: crank up that incline, and run up hill like a bear is after you..
I like to do something called the 100 workout, it helps me A LOT with my abs and my thighs especially, but the jumping jacks work your entire body and core!
