Stuffed Shells

I don`t think I can call this an actual recipe since there really isn`t one, it was just something I put together in like 3 seconds in my head and it turned out pretty well actually. I have done pasta shells like this but stuffed with cheese & spinach, they`re really good yet that`s not what I felt like eating tonight.

I started by browning some ground beef with my own special spices aka Salsa Lizano from Costa Rica and a seasoning mix for meat from my market - yes, it really is that simple. I added some mixed frozen veggies and just let it sit there while we waited for the shells to be ready - about 9 minutes. I put the stuffed shells on a spaghetti sauce layer, I then added more sauce over them, then covered them with cheese and put them in the oven at 350 for about 15 mins. now I personally would have used some kind of yummy, delicious, melty cheese but my hubs doesn`t handle that kind too well so I used Cotija cheese.

it`s a lot like the lasagna rolls I did the last time but man, the meat really gave them a new dimension, these were delicious and surprisingly light, I mean I didn`t feel like a goodyear balloon after eating lol
