Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is a great, quick lunch that I love to prepare in advance to take with me to school/work whenever I am in a rush. I made these stuffed bell peppers to bring to a Holiday Potluck party a week ago, and they are my go to quick meal.

It`s really simple to prepare. Basically take any type of ground meat, I used a mixture of ground beef and turkey with a bit of chorizo for that added spice. Add garlic powder, paprika, oregeno, salt, and pepper and brown the ground meat on the stove until cooked fully.

Halve your peppers and deseed them. Stuff the pepper halves with the ground filling and place all of the peppers into a greased pan. Place the peppers in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.

They come out delicious and incredibly filling!

You can honestly make stuffed peppers with any type of filling, that`s what makes them so much fun and easy.
